What QuestConnect Does
QuestConnect is a remote patient monitoring workflow platform built to support healthcare organizations. It helps authorized care team users manage patient intake, insurance review, provider encounters, device setup, patient follow-up, time tracking, documentation, and billing readiness.
Dexcom Data Use
QuestConnect is designed to support patient-authorized Dexcom CGM data review. Dexcom data may be used for retrospective RPM review, glucose trend review, patient follow-up, and documentation support.
Current Access Stage
QuestConnect has been tested using Dexcom sandbox data and has applied for Dexcom production credentials. The platform is requesting Limited Access production API access for a controlled pilot before broader rollout.
What QuestConnect Does Not Do
QuestConnect does not provide insulin dosing recommendations, automate treatment decisions, replace clinical judgment, or provide emergency monitoring.
EHR Status
QuestConnect does not currently share Dexcom CGM readings directly with an EHR. Future EHR documentation support may be added after production access is approved and the healthcare organization approves the workflow.
Business Status
QuestConnect is a product brand and public website for the QuestConnect RPM workflow platform. Any healthcare organization pilot, customer relationship, or operator relationship will be documented separately when approved.
